An exclusive report on contemporary best practices of high-performing boards in a time of accelerating change.
The High Performance in the Boardroom Report is an 84-page illustrated report on governance in a period of accelerating change. This piece was a labour of love for many, with over 30 board chair contributors from organizations such as Manulife, RBC and Ontario Health to name a few.
The Premise team had reached out to me to help design and illustrate the report, which was on its 7th written draft. Following the branding that Premise had created for Lambay Group, I created a design system specific to the report's longform writing style. The illustrations and full-page pullquotes were introduced to break up long text blocks and add some "whimsy" to the piece. With each new draft and copyedit, the report moulded into something that mirrored its contents — accelerating the way we worked (regarding speed and efficiency), and changing the layout.

Illustrations
The report was broken up with illustration to give readers a visual break from reading, while also showcasing non-specific diversity. Corporate boardrooms have been getting increasingly diverse, so it was important to highlight that within the report and also throughout the Lambay brand.
Social Assets
One final request: to share the report on social media. I was asked to create a few social assets that matched the overall design of the report to generate excitement around its release, specifically for LinkedIn.
